My Relaxation Journey


Everyone experiences stress in their lives, we get tensed or nervous before a big event. The relaxation exercise, using the Power of Suggestion, is a proven method that can be used to relieve the stress in our lives.

While listening to the video, I stretched out on the floor, following the cues, I was able to calm my mind, and then relax my muscles. Like any exercise this does require practice.

    I really enjoyed your post. Is this your business and are these pictures authentic? How interesting! I've learned a little bit about juicing today (thanks for that!). I don't juice myself but I have friends who do and they swear by the benefits. I must say I am intrigued. Keep posting and I'll keep reading.
