Everyone experiences stress in their lives, we get tensed or
nervous before a big event. The relaxation exercise, using the Power of
Suggestion, is a proven method that can be used to relieve the stress in our lives.
While listening to the video, I stretched out on the floor,
following the cues, I was able to calm my mind, and then relax my muscles. Like
any exercise this does require practice.

ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed your post. Is this your business and are these pictures authentic? How interesting! I've learned a little bit about juicing today (thanks for that!). I don't juice myself but I have friends who do and they swear by the benefits. I must say I am intrigued. Keep posting and I'll keep reading.
